Late Nipsey Hustle Estate and Crips organization reach an agreement

As we all know Nipsey Hustles estate filed a trademark lawsuit against the Crips organization over the The Marathon continues slogan last year as Blacc Sam Nipsy’s brother and estate holder filed a lawsuit against the Crips organization.

Black Sam accused the Crips of submitting a document to trademark The Marathon continues to be used for arranging and conducting youth sports programs, concerts booking, developing educational manuals for others in the field of community organizing etc.

Well it looks like both parties notified the courts that a settlement has been reached as they are preparing a formal settlement agreement.
