Uno is back with the shenanigans

Although there are many rules to UNO that we made up I think we can all agree that everyone's house rule is if you don’t say uno with one card in your hand you must draw 2 cards and If you don’t say Uno Out when you play your last card you must draw 2 cards from the deck.

Well Uno tweeted out that you're not required to yell Uno Out.

Let me explain something Uno don't know what they are talking about and I don't care if they make the rules. You play uno with me and you don't say uno out you will be plucking 2 cards from the deck. Mmkay!
